Returns & Refunds Policy

At Machine Guard & Cover Co. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.    

  • Net 30 Policy
  •   All invoices must be payed within 30 days of credit check.
  • First Purchases

For new customers/distributors, first purchases must be made using credit card.

  • Standard Product Returns

We accept returns on standard catalog items under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You must request a return within 45 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: If you place a replacement order within the 45 day window then the restocking fee is 10%. If you do not place a replacement order within the 45 day window then the restocking fee is 25%.
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

3. Custom Product Policy

Due to the nature of custom-made guards and fabricated parts, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or made in error according to your approved specifications.

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or error:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: May be canceled prior to shipping. Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Custom Orders: Cannot be canceled once production has started.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 

7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
